I've been going through headache, tinnitus and dizziness from past 15 days. Taking medications for Vertigo, no ear infection. But I feel like my ears are blocked during the onset of headache, dizziness and tinnitus. Kindly help.

Combination of vertigo, and tinnitus along with ear blocking sensation usually suggests a condition known as menieres disease. Single attack of such symptoms is usually not confirmatory and other conditions also needs to be ruled out. You need to consult a neurologist or ENT specialist for detailed examination
