The headache can be due to the overthinking which stresses the mind and causes headache. Try discussing your thoughts with someone close so as to dissolve those thoughts by looking for valid justification for them. Also try meditation to calm your mind and engage in activities you like, socialize to distract yourself from these thoughts.
