Stop taking zerodol P and move to paracetamol 650 mg as required but not more than 4 times a day. Also get Levocetrizine 10mg which is an antihistamine and it will help with the blocked nose.
Next Steps
Stay hydrated. Very important. stay away from outdoors. Try to get some amount of exercise daily, maybe 30 mins a day.
Health Tips
Antihistamines may cause some drowsiness but that's okay, take the tablet before going to bed. And if you have any breathing difficulty, or you wanna find out more about COVID 19 symptoms, please let me know.
