Headache i
I am having headache since last 4-5 days. the pattern of headache i observed is quite different, the pain starts around 12 in afternoon and by the end of day i.e. around 5-6 pm pain reduces. its mainly in left side but it feels heavy all over. i also have power of -3 on both the eyes.

Peek afternoon headache's are mostly due to exposure to extreme sun rays. We call it photophobia.
Other reason for headache's to trigger is hunger and thirst.
Pls make lifestyle changes. Wear scarf /umbrella.
