Headache during excercise and sex
I started going to the gym and I exerted myself too much, I started having pain above the neck and below the head and it's happening from the past 3 days wherever I am close to an orgasm. How will it take for this problem to resolve? And what should I do to recover from this? I get these headaches everytime I have sex or exercise and it hurts a lot.

Your first sentence has the answer to your problem. You say that "you exerted too much and started having pain above the neck". So the answer is, "don't exert too much".
