I have been suffering from sinus since a year.There is constant headache and breathing poblem. This also increase when it is cold outside like in winter.Whenever I drink or eat any freezy thing like cold drink or ice or chilled water , headache starts very badly.I can't eat rice in afternoon.Also there is consistent cough coming out everytime and
