I had headache!!it attacks me suddenly! !I had minus-5 sight for my both eyes! !!Here my hostel food were also not so nice!!!my age is 21!!!!I am female and also some thoughts makes me so difficult! !!and also I had some over thinking! !!!BUT severe head ache attacks me suddenly!!!Doctor what is the way for this!!!

If you have recurrent episodic headaches of moderate/severe intensity.. Then it may me Migraine.

Next Steps

If occur once in a month or less than only pain killer will be beneficial during the attack. Tab Naproxen 500mg SOS. If frequency is 2-4 episodes per month then consult any Psychiatrist directly or online for proper treatment.
