I was suffering from extreme head pressure, dizziness and heavy head ever since i recovered from dengue and typhoid 2 months ago..now things are getting better (i think so) however i still experience head swaying while sleeping..whenever i sleep i feel like my head is moving to and forth. What should i do to get rid of this?? I was prescribed rivotril by my doc..i have stopped using it..once i took trika .5mg and it ws amazing..how can i cure it without medicine??

Hello Don't use trika. A good night time sleep is essential. Avoid caffienated drinks. Maintain a routine. Take plenty of fluids. Coconut water, salted lime water and banana in diet shall help. Shavava asana is also helpful.
