Head spin, feeling imbalnce

Hi Doctor, Last week my wife had viral fever with flue and cough, we did malaria, dengue and typhoid test all test results are negative. Fever stayed for 2 days then gone after her head started spinning but till she is suffering with slight cough, head spin and feeling like head imbalance while standing. Pls see attached medication prescription as per GP suggestion. Pls advice any medication based her symptoms. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

If there is no fever now than stop dolo, sinarest, medrol. Give her soft diet and fluids. Get the ear examination done by an ENT specialist for head spinning and imbalance.
