No one is 100% perfectly made. There will be some sort of variance proportionately.  No two persons will look alike in terms of height,  built, shape of ears, lips,  hands and limbs etc. After otoplasty if you are happy with your ears,  you should not worry what others think or talk.  This may be your perception too. If you continue worrying about others when will you have time to work on your life,  your career,  your happiness and other priorities that you are responsibilities. Consult a Counselling Psychologist and work on your self-esteem and confidence.
