Whom can i consult for csf leak...? somebody says consult ENT Specialist somebody says consult neorosurgeion Specialist who is the best please tell me

The site of leakage is important for treating CSF leakage. Previously Neurosurgeon used to close the defect from above that is opening the skull and pushing the brain aside and closure. This has definitely lots of post operative care. Now a days ENT surgeons find the defect through the nose and close it. Less hospitalization and cost and post op care. So visit an ENT to diagnose the site.
