Head neck- pain and sound

Asked for Male, 44 Years

My mother suffering from cervical and neck pain from 2 years long. But now a days her pain has worsen and she feels tikking sound in head and neck region. She has been taking medicine but not relieved. She also started taking ayurveda but conditions are much bad now. I can't see her in pain anymore. Kindly help asap.
