Cervical neck stiffness and spasm
I am having spasm in my traps and neck i had severe headache in occipital area and light sensitivity and dizziness after resting for a while and taking pain killers like zerodol th4 my headaches are gone but i still have stiff ness in my traps and when i am sleeping at night i am having this vibration rush kind of feeling in my hands which after sometime feel warm and then sweat andi wake up from sleep and sometimes i get these jerks kind feeling when i am falling asleep .. and i wake up with stiffness around my neck and traps .. unable to sleep ... i feel like the painkiller is not sufficient or irrelevant for my spasm i am going to physio also she usses midalites like swd and ift which has decreased the pain but it again comes back and at night time while sleeping in middle of my sleep if i sleep or sides... plz help Any ortho

Do Cervical Spine xray first and visit nearest spine surgeon for further evaluation. You may need MRI of cervical spine as well.

Get x ray of cervical spine done and consult orthopedic specialist for better evaluation
