  4. Head lice since 1 year. Please suggest!

Head lice since 1 year
I am 15 years old and have been suffering from head lice since almost 1 to 1.5 years now. I am so fed up with this. I have tried all the shampoos and home remedies. Nothing is working. There are bunch of small small nits in just one hair. What can be done please suggest!
