Head lice infestation

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I am a lactating mother of a 6 month old exclusively breastfed baby. I have got head lice which is persistent and does not go away by any means. Pls suggest if it is safe to use perlice to remove lice on my head while i breastfeed my baby.
