Head injury
Hi Doctor; I was hit on the middle of my head by a iron object a month ago. After that i am feeling headache all the time . I went to a GP and he advised for CT scan and some painkiller. CT was normal. But still i have headache , heaviness; and also i have sniffed nose and pressure around it. Pain is not present everytime but starts suddenly on one part of the head and goes away. No vomming or motion problem.

You need to be clinically examined by an ENT Surgeon and get CT scan of Paranasal Sinus region done. The blunt trauma to your head would have triggered a dormant sinus infection which may be causing these symptoms.
