My baby is about to turn 6 but he still can't keep his head very stable.. he does lift his head and sees side to side and play a little bit while tummy time but gets tired in 6-8 mins and wants to put his head down and when picked up straight in arms.. he is able to look around but shakes his head slightly.. is this okay?

Yes this is ok and normal Baby is not anle to hold for long on tummy time
