Head feels hot and heavy eye lid

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Post corona recovery...i am feeling that in morning after waking up..i feel my head to be mild hot till afternoon alomg with heavy eye lid... sometimes i take calpol 500mg/2...but no fever I have tested for dengue- negative 5 days back...my platelets was around 1.39 lacs/cumm I am not able to understand what's basically happening
