1.Right leg=I have Grd1-2 ACL tear and grd1 posterior horn of medial meniscus with grd 4 Lateral articular surface, Grd3 medial articular surface. Complete loss of cartilage
with subchondrical lateral articular surface, and partial loss of cartilage with medial articular surface
2.left leg partial grd1 ACL tear , instability is there, front twist or leg forwarded, what I do straight go to surgery or not or any other process, when I regularly visited best arthroscopic ortho doctors butproblem increased why? What is best solution of this problem or any alternative procedure ?
both legs do a surgery at one time or one after another ,chance to lead orthorities or not,if I go surgery Then how many days rest and at what period I do climb stairs 1st floor, and running
