I took hbv vaccination for hepatitis B today . As far as I know hbv vaccination contains hbsag antigen.So will Hbv vaccine effect my hbsag blood test for hepatitis B and make it false positive. I need to undergo this hbsag test for joining formalities of a company .

Don't worry after immunisation your blood will contain only anti HBs antibody and antiHBc IgG antibody.
HBsAg will be negative.
In acute or chronic hepatitis B infection HBsAg will be positive.
