Plz consult ur gynecologist.....if mother's viral load is high and HbeAg + then tr is high possibility of baby gets affected with Hep B infections.......still it is preventable we have to vaccinate baby with Hep B vaccine and immunoglobulin after birth ...... don't worry ....
