I had done blood test . Fructosamine value was normal , fasting -93 and hb1ac was 6, iron deficiency is there -45, folate deficiency - extreme . Hb -11. I am 40 year old . I dont want to take medicine . Is this the sign of prediabetes

But for sure diagnosis..please do Fasting & PP sugar . During infection & Anemia...Hba1c may be wrong ..& most important Hba1c is not diagnostic test...its for Diabetes monitring .
At this point focus on Deficiency treatment . Do regular sugar check up.
