Dear patient for insulinoma there should be hypoglycemia FBS <55 mg/dl with hypoglycemia symptoms. And elevated c peptide...yours is just mild elevated and in few laboratory it is considered normal so first need to check reference range ...and yes .. insulinoma occurs 40 to 60 years of age and not that common . In your case think of insulin resistance rather than insulinoma.
