sugar 107 and post sugar ok. In december post sugar increased by 10points over the accepted levels. done

in december 16 result 6.3 and in april 5 again 6.3 i have changed life style going 45 mts for walk , stopped taking rice in night and morning. taking roti/ oats . takign tea in morning and rest 2 times green tea . even then changing lifestyle still i have got 6.3 in April.
My height is 5.7 and weight is 69kgs.
Cholestrol normal level. Family history of sugar NIL.
what more measures should i take to reduce the hb1ac levels beloe 6.3. is there any possibility to reduce glucose levels without taking pills. should i go for some more tests?
