For  increase haemoglobin every meal should be protein with vitamin c for better absorption Like take almond with straw berry . As such ,so by diet  can increase haemoglobin Contact me for coustamized diet plan through practo u will get good result .

Hi..... Your son may also have an infection along with anaemia as reports shown. Please consult a paediatrician for underlying infection and further treatment. Egg yolk, nuts, green leafy vegetables, rice flakes, jaggery, sesame seeds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, dates, fruits like watermelon, pomegranate etc are few iron rich foods which can be included in his diet. To enhance the absorption of iron, include vitamin C rich foods ( Citrus foods, greens ) in diet. Hope, it's helpful. Thank you.
