Hb is 7.7 but iron serum is 365

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am 28 week pregnant my hb came 7.7 but serum iron-365, UIBC<55, serum ferritin-78.1. I am thelesimia minor. What does this mean ? I am taking fol123 ,levogen-Z and calcium. Is there anything should I take to increase hb level ? PREPregnancy hb was 10.5.
