Hi. U r suffering from Arthritis( joint pain disease) But have ur physician ruled out which type of arthritis u r suffering from? If No then u need few tests like CRP, Uric acid test, RA Factor, etc along with Serum levels of Calcium,  Vit D , Vit B12, Hb.    Arthritis is Caused by many factors. Its an Autoimmune disease which means the antibodies produced by the body for its defence purpose damage the bodys normal tissues along with the targeted antigens( foreign harmful bodies) .  So Arthritis is particularly due to weak immunity , along with Genetic n other factors.         When Genetic and environmental factors( range from viruses, bacteria, nearly abt 800 chemicals ) come together, then the auto immune disease start to develop.        So in order to cope n tackle the disease u need to improve ur immunity by Nutritious planned diet n exercise.  Theres no alternative to exercise. The more n regular u exercise the less r the chances are of joint pain.                   Ayurvedic medicines work wonders not only in alleviating joint pain but also in its irradication. Avoid fast( junk) food, bakery products, Cold beverages, some vaat vitiating foods like Peas , Beans,  Some grams(Chana) etc.
