Pain in joints and muscle

Asked for Female, 51 Years

Lots of pain in muscle and joints. Can't sleep because of it . Get fever because of it. Local physicians say it is dengue but I think it's not dengue but normal joint pain.

Since how long? If it is less than 2 weeks, it is likely viral, may not be dengue but there are n number of virus that can cause this flu like symptoms. If for more than 2 weeks, then we need to look for any rheumatology issues.
