Having trouble coping up
I get anxious now then without any reason. My heart rate goes up to 150 without any reason. Anything can trigger my problem. I get paranoid. Like if a door is closed, I will check it 50 times if it is. I workout but still things make me anxious. Sometimes I become quiet. What can do I for this?

Next Steps
You need get a detailed evaluation with a psychiatrist and he may initially recommend relaxation exercises and therapy. If he feels that the anxiety is too severe, he may recommend medication to reduce the anxiety initially and then switch over to therapy.
