Having stomach pain sometimes

Hiii my daughter is 7 years old. Since few days ago she is having some stomach issues. It's paining sometimes and feeling like vomating. That's why she is not eating properly. I'm thinking to give her Zentel 10ml serup. Can anyone please help me.
