Having stomach ache
I m having stomach pain since a long tym. I got ultrasound done but it's normal doctor told I m having swelling. But didn't get relief. It's more after having food (more pain on having spicy and oily)otherwise its less. Pain is more below the breasts , stomach & near and around navel. Plz suggest me wht should I do. Its from last 3 months approx .

Your symptoms can be because of Gastritis I b s gallbladder stones etc. to find the cause a detailed history is needed to differentiate. Ultrasound abdomen also help. Discuss in details.
Next Steps
avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. high fibre diet salads green vegetables fruits are best.
