Having sports injury in rotary cuff tors
Had sports injury 8 yrs ago on back side if skull, rotary cuff, elbo and torso, loss the strength in right hand to throw and also having tension on it. how to resolve it.

It will be better to know the exact size of injury, pain and tension. But it needs a conservative treatment i.e. Physiotherapy to avoid the pain, to gain strrength, range and Complete co-ordination of hand.

Go to a physiotherapist.. Wax therapy +some strengthening as well as stretching and gripping exercises will be helpful for sure.

Hi as u discuss about strength issue in hand after injury, so want to know the exact area of weakness like Hand(gripping), elbow(lifting) or shoulder(rotation), 2nd what kind of injury it was(any tear)? 3rd which kind of treatment/ procedure underwent for?
