Having sleep issues and worthlessness
Hello I am a 26 year old student with masters degree. I have trouble sleeping at night. Sleep is easily disturbed. Finding difficulty to focus and concentrate on things. Difficulty taking decisions and in a state of dilemma Fear of failure as in the past i have not cleared some interviews and few written exams. Feeling guilty that i am wasting my time
