Having skin discolouration

Hello doctor I’m 18 yrs old girl and I’m suffering from white patches on the eyebrow and sometime my vagina itches a lot.. but white patches becoming dark and increasing..and two dots on nose also..sometime these patches looks dark and sometime look light.. plz help me why it is happening..
