Having skin allergy

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I am having skin allergy from last few days, consulted on doctor online few days back and took the medicine mainlu okacet-l as suggested, it got little better but not gone. I came to consult again and got in contact to other doctor 3 days ago, she suggested Allgera 180 and Motair LC, taking the medicine but not much improvement. Need advise what could be wrong, cannot visit clinics in current lockdown situation and need to get rid of this allergy or infection whatsoever
