Having severe joint pain.
Im 30 years old lady. I was suffering from acute transverse myelitis since 2010. now due to having sever pain in knee joints and shoulders, went to doctor. Haemogram reports says the ESR is increased up to 100. Suggestion please.

Esr raised upto 100 is not normal. You need to undergo a few blood investigations to rule out gout/rheumatoid arthritis and other similar conditions.
Next Steps
Get the following blood tests done: ASO, RF, CRP, Uric acid. Also meet a physiotherapist and start gentle range of motion exercises for your joints. Start vitamin d3 sachets/injections every week for 4 weeks
