Having patches on my skin

I am having dark brown patch on my skin.it doesnt itch alwys but very few times.i am worried .what cream or ointment should i apply to it.please advice.photo is attached.

Hi You seem to be having eczema. this may be due to dry skin. please use a mild soap. use a thick creamy moisturiser often. You may also need a mild steroid cream to reduce the itchy and redness. please contact a dermatologist who can prescribe oral anti allergy medicines
