  4. Having pain in waist n legs. Anymore?

Having pain in waist n legs
Having pain in legs and waist since past 2-3 weeks. Done MRI also for L.S. Spine and it diagnosis bony canal stenosis at l3 -l5 level and mild annular  bulges of l4-l5 and l5-s1 disc including thecal sac. Is this curable? Cant i go to gym anymore?
