Having pain in the inside of right foot
During playing 3-4 days back I had to suddenly start moving. Felt something near the hill. Normally nothing but some pain is there (only when walking, no swelling or anything there) towards the inside of the right foot (below the knuckle). Can it be something serious or some proper rest will suffice?

Care AI Shimmer
Hi Take rest  for 2 days and apply ice there 3 times a day for 7-10 minutes. You should feel better after then.
Next Steps
I would suggest you to do stretching after then and ankle toe movements.
