Having pain in Lumber spine lot
I have MRI report Which shows :-posterior central/ right paracentral protrusion is seen at L5-S1 level causing indentation of thecal sac and bilateral traversing nerve roots. So what should I do.

Many times back pain is due to bad posture and Muscle spasm. Take mild anelgesics with Antacid and rest. Your MRI shows disc bulge and pressure on nerves. Only by looking at the images, the severity can be assessed.
