Yeah get those blood test done. There will definitely be Vitamin D deficiency (very common nowadays) and B12 as well. As for pain and feeling better in Sos basis Tab. NEORELAX-Mar or Acenac-MR both having Paracetamol 325, Aceclofenac 100 and Thiocolchiside 4 mg is a good option. This Thiocolchiside is a great muscle relaxant a bit stronger than others which is also available as Myoril 4/8mg. But consult someone after the blood tests reports (Routine with Electrolytes and Vit. B12, D).
High chances of viral infection too which will be fine in a week.
Next Steps
Take ORS. Keep yourself hydrated. Painkiller only if needed, not very often. Blood tests as mentioned and then review with any of us.
Health Tips
Take ORS everyday and keep yourself hydrated. We often forget to hydrate ourself or drink adequate water in the winter.
Your symptoms — whole body pain, muscle spasms, severe fatigue, feeling unusually cold, poor sleep, back pain, and relief with oil massage — most commonly point toward acute viral illness + electrolyte or vitamin deficiency (especially Vitamin D, calcium, magnesium) or severe stress/anxiety-related muscle tension.
Cold weather can worsen muscle stiffness and nerve sensitivity, especially if Vitamin D is low (very common).
This does NOT sound like a serious nerve disease or something permanent, especially since it started suddenly just 2 days ago.
Next Steps
Please do these in priority order:
1. Get basic blood tests (important):
• CBC
• Vitamin D
• Calcium
• Magnesium
• B12
• ESR / CRP (to check inflammation)
• Thyroid (TSH) if not done recently
2. Start symptomatic relief now (safe measures):
• Warm water baths once daily
• Gentle oil massage (continue — it helping is a good sign)
• Paracetamol for pain if needed
• Adequate fluids (warm water)
3. Consult a physician if:
• Pain worsens
• Weakness becomes real (dropping objects, difficulty walking)
• Fever persists
• Spasms continue beyond 4–5 days
Health Tips
• Cold weather + low Vitamin D can cause exactly this kind of body pain
• Poor sleep itself amplifies pain and spasms
• Avoid excessive phone use at night
• Keep body and extremities warm
• Light stretching before sleep helps
• Anxiety can magnify physical symptoms, even without you realizing it
First just relax ...have a glass of water...
Your symptoms - may be a simple vitamin deficiency dehydration. So as of now plenty of liquids , adequate sleep . can take supplement vitamin d b 12 , blood investigation do just basics CBC RBS TSH . S. Vitamin d and B12
Health Tips
if after 15 days also u feel the same or symptoms progressive weakness then we can consider for other investigations. can contact for exact doses of b12vitamin d supplement.
