Having mild pain in whole body & joints
Hello doctor, I'm healthy physically and mentally, and my diet is all right too. Since last 4 days, I'm having trouble in doing everyday tasks like walking, climbing stairs, standing for long time due to severe pain around my knees and mild pain all over the body, especially at the joints. It's not muscle pain, it's below that. I read about it and it may be calcium/Vitamin D deficiency. So I'm taking lots of milk and bananas along with Ghee and other dairy products. The pain seems to subside now, but would you recommend something else for me? P.S. Knee pain sometimes still becomes severe while climbing stairs.
