Having leg pain most of the times
Leg pain even if i stand continuosly for less than an hour. And when i tend to do treadmill or any exercise for 1/2 hour i get severe leg pain the whole day. Sometimes feel pain from knee. Suggest what could be the reason.

1. Protein deficiency - muscles require proteins to function to full capacity. If it is deficient, pain will arise when you exercise . Eggs, soya, milk , are great sources of protein. Include them in your daily diet. 2. electrolytes - if they are low, any physical strain can cause pain. Fruits , fruit juices with sea salt and jaggery/honey are the best sources of electrolytes. 3. Varicosity - if there is varicosity in your veins, that can cause pain too. Consult a doctor about this 4. Arthritis - in initial stages will present with pain as a symptom. Again Only a doctor can diagnose this
