Post covid symptoms like headache , weakness, congestion persist for about 1-2 months. Monitor spO2, temp, bp, sugar levels. If all are within normal range then no need to worry only take symptomatic treatment. If high grade fever associated with breathlessness, vomiting,  diaarhoe then consider getting admitted. Continue taking multivitamin, steam inhalation,  luke warm water gargle. Your IgG levels suggest you have developed antibodies against the virus.
