Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. To rule out the cause of the headache get your eyes checked. If there is vomiting or some other symptoms u may need a CT scan. As of now, from your history it appears it's because of anxiety. A detailed history will be required. U think you will require psychotherapy and a few medications for a short period. Consult a psychiatrist. Ur condition is curable. Don't worry.
