Kindly visit a dental clinic for clinical evaluation.if it is because of poor oral hygiene, with a professional scaling (cleaning gums and tooth) your problems will subside.
Usually severe gingivitis or periodontitis can cause bleeding. A picture would have helped to analyze better.
Also, you can expect bleeding gum when there are less platelet counts or if you are on blood thinners/ anticoagulants.
Next Steps
Kindly visit a dentist for clinical examination.
Health Tips
If the bleeding is due to gingivitis/ periodontitis, it can be resolved by a simple scaling itself.
First go for normal scaling (cleaning) procedure. This should have happen due to plaque and calculus , this causes inflammation of gums.
Start using betadine gargles.
Next Steps
Maintain your routine dental hygiene after dental cleaning.
If u have lot of calculus deposition, deep scaling may not be enough, bleeding may occur, consult your dental doctor and take xray,if the problem is severe, they will suggest flap surgery .
This is usually due to heavy calculus ( food deposits) in your teeth..
