Having fever rapidly

Asked for Male, 17 Years

From yesterday night the fever started i had a paracetamol and till morning it became ok den after dat it started like 11:00am i was having exam at dat time den i had to travel back home in the hot sun and my body temperature even more increased body weakness cough like green in colour saliva type den had lunch den took paracetamol again it reduced then again it started after 2hrs and having shivering
