Having dry cough after Covid
Hi Doctor. I was COVID positive on 26th April and now m recovered but my cough is still there. I tried all home remedies as well as cough syrup also but still not cured completely. M having dry cough and not taking any cold food items or beverages.

as a ent surgeon i can tellu that this is due to colonization of nasopharyngeal mucosa by the covid virus. resulting in damage to mucosa ,which take times to reocver so symptoms can be relived by supportive meidcsation. kindly consult with ur detailed hsitory for further guidance
