Having depression since last few weeks
My brother is suffering from depression.he drinks a lot. gets angry very frequently and to often.
Abuse his wife.
He will not consult with doctor as he feels he is fine.he finds problem in every body behaviour and feels he is always right
Doesn't trust anyone.and has very doubtful nature

The Alcohol use issue, low mood, frequent arguments can be related to each and other. He definitely needs treatment either by medicines or by counseling ( psychotherapy ).
