Having depreasion kind of situation
I have common cold and headache 2-3 days ago i had fever and from then i am feeling very low in energy and also i am feeling headache and nauseus feeling throughout the day and my mind overthinks and gets irritated in small small things like eg. Why my phones battery draining so fast, why water pressure is so low from the tap. Which never happened before and i cant sleep well because of that headache..please please suggest me medications over this

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Such feelings are common when you have medicine and undergoing treatment.. Mind will be restless and keep thinking such anxious thoughts. This is normal if you never had such experience in the past. Also such things should settle down in couple of days. But if you notice it's repeating and reoccurring, then suggest you to have a small psychological checkup or assessments done to isolate any underneath emotional disturbance in your mind. No worries. Take rest. Observe for few more days. If require take a psychology counselling support.
